A week after the greatest roast of all time, Tom Brady is still getting jokes about Gisele Bundchen from former teammate Drew Bledsoe.
During Netflix’s three-hour event on May 5 honoring and roasting the seven-time Super Bowl winner, most of the roasters, including Bledsoe, used Brady’s divorce from ex-wife Bundchen as ammunition.
However, with Netflix cameras off, Bledsoe brought his jokes to Up & Adams on Monday. While speaking with host Kay Adams, Bledsoe recalled meeting Bundchen on a ski trip in Montana.
The former Patriots quarterback recalled seeing Brady at the bottom of the slope and planning to spray him with snow. However, after missing his then-teammate, Bledsoe ended up spraying Bundchen.
“I can see Tom,” he narrates. ‘I could tell which one he was because he was wearing this terrible Under Armor suit. There’s someone with him who’s obviously female, so I know she’s Gisele, but I’ve never met her.

Bündchen was reportedly unhappy because his failed marriage was the butt of some jokes.
“I came in hot and I was going to come in and spray Tom,” Bledsoe continued. “And of course, when I went in to spray Tom, I missed and covered Gisele in snow.”
Bledsoe then playfully poked Brady as he described his reaction.
“Then Tom looks at me like, ‘It’s about time, don’t mess with my wife,’ or at least back then, you didn’t.”
The roast jokes included references to Gisele allegedly having an affair with Jiu-Jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente before their divorce in 2022. Brady and Bundchen were together for 16 years and married for 13 before splitting.
The couple also had two children, Benjamin and Vivian, while they were married.
Bledsoe had fun at Brady’s expense during the roast, joking about how, unlike him, Brady will never experience being the No. 1 draft pick and a 28th wedding anniversary.
After the roast, Bundchen was reportedly unhappy with his marriage and divorce used as comedic fodder at a high-profile event. However, a source in Brady’s camp said he wasn’t worried about his ex-wife’s reaction to the jokes.
Brady and Bundchen were together for 16 years and married for 13 before divorcing in 2022.
Bledsoe recalled his awkward first meeting with Bundchen during a ski trip in Montana.
Reflecting on the ski trip, Bledsoe put aside his jokes and recalled that Bundchen gave him a big hug despite the unpleasant first impression.
“Gisele tells me, ‘You know I usually don’t give people big hugs when I meet them for the first time,'” she said. “But you don’t understand how people talk about you in our house.”
‘Which was just an incredibly cool and very genuine compliment. That’s why there is always great mutual respect between the two of us. That was the last time we were able to go out and that was several years ago.
