Dramatic footage shows the police arresting a father who allegedly tried to kidnap his daughters without their mother's permission in Utah.
Joshua Adle, 24, fled with Darla Yonko, 18 months, and Emma Yonko, 8 months, from their home in California on July 30 after a domestic dispute, the researchers from the Riverside Police Department said.
The police said the van they were driving was not on their radar because they originally believed that Adle was driving a Cadillac. He was eventually found with the girls two states away in Cedar City, Utah.

Images released by the Utah Department of Public Safety have released camera images of the body worn by a trooper that show the moment he was arrested along I-70 near Richfield.
Footage shows that trooper Adam Gibbs makes a stop and puts the driver of the vehicle in handcuffs before he shoots another passenger.
After some yelling for him to open the door and get out, the man leaves the vehicle and is taken into custody.
The video then shows troopers directing a woman to leave the vehicle with raised hands.
& # 39; It was lucky. I was able to be in the right place at the right time, & # 39; Trooper Gibbs reported ABC4 as said on August 2.
Adle & # 39; s parents Frank Marks and Angela Yonko, were taken into custody during a traffic stop along Interstate 15 near Parawan, Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Nicholas Street said.
The woman is holding one of the children, so a trooper approaches the child to be taken from her before she is sent to another trooper to be detained.
& # 39; Hi! How are you ?, & # 39; the trooper says to the baby after he takes her in his arms.

The two girls were taken from their home in Riverside California and troopers finally stopped the car in Cedar City, Utah
The incident began when Adle and the children's mother, who was not mentioned, became involved in a physical and verbal fight, police said.
The woman discovered that the girls missed their bed more than an hour later and that their identity documents and other items had also disappeared.
According to police, the three went to Michigan.
Riverside Police Officer Ryan Railsback told CBS2 after the incident: & # 39; There was a domestic fight that took place, from what we collect, nothing concerned the children, but we don't know his state of mind or anything like that.
& # 39; She went away to cool the situation down a little and when she came back, the children and the boyfriend were gone. & # 39; She is paranoid and terrified because she did not know where her children are, & # 39; he added.

The Adle family claimed that researchers should consult their council of older people to negotiate conditions for returning the children, researchers said
Vaughn revealed that he was in contact with Adle's family all day long, but added that there were cultural barriers to their communication.

& # 39; They begged us to listen to them and do things the way they wanted & # 39 ;, said Vaughn.
There was some confusion about whether Adle was the biological father of the girls.
Steven Yonko, the maternal grandfather, however, confirmed his identity to CBS2. He added: & # 39; They are very emotional and thank you Jesus everything came to an end.
Adle was arrested for the outstanding order from Riverside County for kidnapping, kidnapping by parents, and domestic violence.

& # 39; They have used their resources to the full to bring these children home and I just want to thank them very much. & # 39; He's the father, so it just got out of hand, & # 39; Yonko added.
Officials did not issue an Amber Alert because they were unsure whether there was a threat to the girls.
At one point, Adle told his girlfriend that he brought them to a local company, but never returned. He comes from the Detroit area and researchers thought he was trying to go to Michigan.
