New photos have been released of Dr. Dre’s $40 million mega-mansion amid the nearby and ongoing Palisades Fire that has burned more than 10,000 structures.
Dre purchased the 18,298-square-foot home in 2014 from previous owners Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen.
The castle-inspired mansion sits on four acres with a moat full of shy fish surrounding the house.
The entrance to the five-bedroom, nine-bathroom home is accessed by a bridge over the moat.
The house also features an underground sound studio as large as the size of the house where Dre can continue producing music.
The property boasts ocean views from its location in the hills of the elegant Los Angeles neighborhood.

Spencer Pratt was seen Tuesday watching the flames move toward his Palisades home and admitted he was in shock, admitting his Instagram video was pretty “unhinged.”
‘When your house burns down and you have nothing and your parents’ house burns down and they have nothing. There’s only one thing that can make you feel better: a bag of bagels!’ he said happily.
“I’m obviously in shock and my brain isn’t working so I think this is the craziest post you’ve ever seen.”
Sources tell TMZ that Pratt and Montag’s home was completely destroyed after catching fire on Tuesday.
Fortunately, the couple and their two children were able to evacuate safely later that day before the flames got too close.
