Donald Trump's college game day meal revealed ahead of Georgia-Alabama trip

Donald Trump is demanding McDonald’s, hot dogs and Diet Coke when he attends the Alabama-Georgia college football game on Saturday night.

The former president is expected to take a break from the campaign trail and attend one of the most anticipated games of the season in Tuscaloosa.

Trump, 78, was invited to the game by Alabama businessman Ric Mayers, who revealed the Republican candidate’s food request.

He reportedly wants two Filet-O-Fish cheese sandwiches from McDonald’s, Domino’s pizza, stadium hot dogs and lots of Diet Coke.

Speaking about Trump’s requests, Mayers said: “I like a good steak, but President Trump’s food preferences are about as mundane as they come.”

Trump is known to be a big fan of McDonald’s and has served fast food to several sports teams during his visits to the White House.

Speaking about the fast food chain, he told CNN that a Filet-O-Fish was his “favorite meal” and said: “I’m a very clean person. I like cleanliness.

“I think it’s better to go there than to some other place where you have no idea where the food comes from. There is a certain level of demand, but I think the food is good.”

Trump will be joined in his suite at the game by Alabama Senators Katie Britt and Tommy Tuberville, ALGOP Chairman John Wahl, and friends and family of Mayers.

On Wednesday, DailyMail.com revealed in a new poll that Trump had opened up a 10-point lead over his opponent Kamala Harris.

The model analyzes all of the most recent polling data, as well as decades of election results and economic indicators, to calculate who is most likely to win the electoral college in November.

This still shows Harris has the best chance of winning the popular vote (giving her 50.8 percent support now and a 65 percent chance of ending up with more votes in November).

But state-by-state numbers show the Blue Wall in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan leaning toward Trump, giving him an overall advantage when it comes to winning the White House.

This gives him a 55.2 percent chance of victory, while Harris has a 44.6 percent chance, with a very small chance of a tie.

Trump’s appearance at Saturday’s game, which will be attended by more than 100,000 fans, will come with heightened security following two recent assassination attempts on him.

Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe said he would “not comment on the schedules of those protected,” but added: “What I will tell you is that every event is complex and every development is different.”

“And these advanced teams know what they need to do to create a safe environment for our charges.”

This won’t be Trump’s first time attending a college football game. Last year, he was seen standing in line to enter the stadium with fans outside the Iowa-Iowa State game.

Trump was seen grilling burgers with fans outside the stadium before receiving a standing ovation as he entered the stadium. He was also present at the South Carolina-Clemson game last year.

Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer was asked about the possibility of Trump being in the crowd, but he downplayed it earlier this week.

“I’m sure there will be a lot of famous people here, people who want to come and be a part of what happens on game day,” he said.

“Everyone is watching. It will be great if everyone who wants to come see us is here.

‘For us, I told the guys this, with “Gameday” and everything coming up here as well, for the guys, try to get as much stuff out of the way, except for maybe some additional interviews towards the end of the week.

‘The main thing is that they prepare to play the best football game they have played this year.

“I’ve always challenged them to play the best football they’ve ever played in their career. That’s what matters when it comes to what we can control.

“But yeah, it’s great that we have a lot of people who want to come and be part of the atmosphere and add to the excitement and energy that the game will bring.”
