Donald Trump has posted on Facebook for the first time in two years after he was suspended for endorsing Capitol Hill protesters.

“I’m back,” the former president wrote in Friday’s post along with a video of his declaring victory speech in the 2020 election, alongside his son Barron and Mike Pence.

His page with 34 million followers was suspended shortly after he posted: ‘I ask that everyone in the United States Capitol remain in peace. No violence! Remember, WE are the Party of Law and Order – Respect the Law and our great men and women in Blue. Thank you! ‘

His first message since the 2021 post came just hours after his YouTube channel was restored and the day Meta laid off another 100,000 employees in widespread tech layoffs.

Trump was suspended from most social media platforms after the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot.

Now you have Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube at your disposal and you can reach millions during your presidential run.

Meta, which owns Facebook, announced on January 25 that Trump would be allowed back if he followed the rules.

Even though he’s been reinstated on Twitter, he hasn’t been posting and has instead chosen to use Truth Social.

In a post on his favorite social media site Thursday, he said the United States, not Russia or China, was the “biggest threat to Western civilization.”

YouTube initially dropped Trump over concerns that he would incite violence.

At first it was suspended for just seven days, then it was lengthened to two years.

For his most recent videos, Trump has often uploaded them to Rumble.

The last video uploaded to his YouTube channel was a 46-minute speech from the White House claiming that the election was rigged.

Titled ‘This may be the most important speech I’ve ever made’, he refused to concede defeat for Joe Biden and outlined the ongoing legal battle to try to overturn the vote.

“For months before the presidential election, we were warned not to declare a premature victory,” Trump said. “We were told repeatedly that it would take weeks, if not months, to determine the winner in order to count absentee ballots and verify returns.”

His first message since the 2021 post came just hours after his YouTube channel was restored and the day Meta laid off another 100,000 employees in widespread tech layoffs.
