Donald Trump Jr. lashed out at Tim Walz after an MSNBC host accused JD Vance of “mansplaining” during the vice presidential debate.

The bizarre claim that Vance was mansplaining came from MSNBC host Nicole Wallace.

During the debate, Vance spoke at length about Kamala Harris’ immigration record and the administration’s use of the CBP One app for immigrants before the CBS anchors spectacularly muted his microphone.

He was interrupted mid-sentence while explaining the process for illegal immigrants to obtain temporary legal status through the CBP One application.

“In fact, I think if you’re a woman, that might be the worst moment JD Vance had because he was going to speak right over the mute button,” Wallace told her fellow panel members, which were mostly women.

But Trump Jr. took to X to suggest that if Vance is guilty of “splaining” to Walz, the Democratic governor must not be a man.

“I didn’t know Tim Walz was a woman… I guess you never know these days,” the former first son posted on X.

Trump Jr. was apparently doing dunks on MSNBC for implying that Vance was “splaining Walz.”

He suggested that the Democratic governor couldn’t understand how Vance was tearing down the White House’s controversial immigration policies.

Vance’s detailed breakdown of how immigrants use a cellphone app, called CBP One, created by the Biden-Harris administration to enter the country didn’t appeal to Wallace, he said.

The MSNBC host also indicated that powerful women, who command respect because of their authority, would be bothered by Vance’s explanation.

“I think a lot of women in positions of authority who should command respect simply by virtue of that dynamic will see themselves in some guy who disrespected them and talked over them,” Wallace said.

Vance pressed the issue of immigration when CBS anchors fact-checked a claim about Haitian immigrants in Ohio, a story Vance made headlines weeks ago when he said pets and animals were being eaten there.

The Ohioan responded and told the hosts that they said they wouldn’t fact-check candidates and that they violated their own rules.

“Now that I’ve had the facts fact-checked, I think it’s important to say what’s really going on,” Vance interrupted the CBS anchors after they attempted to correct him after saying they wouldn’t.

Vance then explains how immigrants around the world are using the app to get taxpayer-funded flights to the US.

He also explained how the app was created by the current administration under Harris and that it has facilitated unsustainable immigration conditions.

Then Vance couldn’t be heard.

“Gentlemen, your audience can’t hear you because your microphones are cut off,” said CBS News anchor Margaret Brennan.

Finally the Republican’s microphone was turned on again and the debate continued.
