Donald Trump is reportedly considering hiring his lawyer Alina Habba to be his chief spokesperson once he takes office in January.
DailyMail.com has learned that Habba, 40, will fly to Palm Beach on Tuesday night and is expected to have a conversation with the president-elect this week about a possible role in his administration.
She could be asked to join Trump as White House press secretary, a monster job that requires facing members of the media daily and being the “face” of the administration.
Known as the attack dog of his campaign, Habba was often seen at Trump rallies urging his supporters to defend themselves against liberals and vote for him for a second term.
There is speculation that Alina Habba is now the favorite to be Donald Trump’s press secretary.
Habba quickly emerged as a MAGA firebrand as she served as Trump’s attorney and legal spokesperson and represented him during multiple lawsuits over the past two years.
Although Trump has not yet made a decision, Habba is emerging as the favorite according to reports.
Karoline Leavitt, the campaign spokeswoman, is also considered a leading contender.
Both women have been with Trump at every turn of his path.
That included his closely watched hush money trial in New York, the aftermath of two assassination attempts on his life and a grueling campaign.
Habba, whose law firm is based in New Jersey, joined Trump’s legal team in 2021 after meeting him at his country club in Bedminster.
At the time, a flood of lawsuits related to the 2020 election was growing.
She was hired to handle several cases, including E. Jean Carroll’s defamation lawsuit, which ended in an $83 million verdict against Trump.
He also represented him in the New York civil fraud case that resulted in a $454 million judgment against Trump and is currently in the appeal phase.
Working on these cases and becoming a voice for voter fraud lawsuits, Habba quickly became Trump’s most prominent lawyer, one of his staunchest defenders, and a MAGA icon.
Trump’s Save America PAC paid Habba’s firm nearly $2 million in legal fees in 2022.

Habba was a legal spokesperson for Trump, often facing the media outside of court, and became a senior adviser to the former and future president’s campaign in recent months.
He spoke at the Republican National Convention (RNC) in July and had a speaking slot at Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden in midtown Manhattan the week before the 2024 presidential election.
Habba quickly emerged as a public favorite and is known for her brutal speeches against Democrats.
He spoke at several rallies, including ones in the swing state of Pennsylvania, where he touted his ties to the state.

The legal guru, 40, married Centerpark CEO Gregg Reuben in 2020.
The couple are parents to children Chloe and Luke from her previous marriage to Matthew Eyet, along with Reuben’s son Parker from his previous relationship.
Most recently, Habba was seen singing the song ‘Trump Won’, during post-election celebrations at Mar-a-Lago.
He was born in New Jersey to Chaldean Catholic parents who fled persecution in Iraq in the 1980s.
His first job was in fashion working for the Marc Jacobs brand.
He then earned his law degree from Widener University in Pennsylvania in 2010.
Habba clerked for New Jersey Superior Court Judge Eugene Codey Jr.
He then worked in private practice for several years and then founded his own law firm in New Jersey.
After meeting Trump at his New Jersey golf club, she quickly became one of his most prominent and vocal lawyers.
In the E. Jean Carroll case she had frequent disagreements with Judge Lewis Kaplan, who threatened her with going to prison.
Judge Kaplan said: “Mrs. Habba, you are about to spend some time in jail, now sit down.”
