Don Lemon makes unemployment look good at a fancy restaurant in the Hamptons with his fiancé Tim Malone and his partner’s parents.
Lemon, 57, dressed casually for dinner with Malone, 39, and his parents Richard and Joanne Malone on Thursday night.
The former CNN anchor, who was fired from the network two weeks ago, enjoys the warmer weather, dressed in lightweight linen pants and a sky blue button-up shirt. He left his glasses hanging in his shirt pocket as he walked to their car.
Malone matched his longtime partner, wearing similar white pants, a white t-shirt and topped with a denim jacket.

Malone looked shocked to see photographers waiting outside the restaurant while Lemon looked a little irritated.
Malone’s parents were only a few feet behind and apparently didn’t notice Joanne pointing something off-camera at Richard.
Joanne sported a similar style to Lemon and Son, while Richard opted for dark tones, wearing a black jumper and jeans.
Before parting ways, Lemon took a moment to kiss Joanne before getting into his vehicle.
Lemon was sensationally fired by CNN on Monday amid furious controversy over his ‘sexist’ and ‘misogynistic’ behavior – and now a source has laid bare the toll his ousting has taken on his relationship.
DailyMail.com spoke exclusively to a friend of Tim, who said the scandal had ‘definitely been a roadblock’ for the couple – especially as Lemon had been warned by his fiancé to ‘calm down ” his on-air rants.

“He has repeatedly told Don to just calm down and go with the flow, but Don is not the kind of person to listen to,” the source revealed. “He pushes boundaries in every facet of his life and this show was no different.”
In February, Don pushed the boundaries too far when he said presidential candidate Nikki Haley was ‘past her prime’ at the age of 51, before asserting that ‘a woman is considered to be at his peak in his 20s, 30s and maybe 40s.’ – telling his stunned female co-hosts to ‘Google it’.
The sexist remark, which led co-host Poppy Harlow, 41, to storm the set, had Don arrested for three days and sparked a tidal wave of backlash – particularly from the female staff who demanded that he be fired.
However, while Don’s ax has caused friction between him and his partner, the insider adds that Tim remains loyal to the former CNN anchor and “knows he’s not a misogynist.”
The source continued: ‘[Tim] say that [Don] is just gay with a very dry, tough, sarcastic sense of humor.

In fact, once the couple got over the shock of Don’s firing, they started to get “excited” about spending more time together, the insider shared.
“To be honest, they’re actually pretty excited that Don can be home with their dogs now, because their dogs are their life,” the pal shared. ‘Tim said now Don can play stay-at-home husband.
‘Tim says Don wasn’t happy there for a while and worked to the bone. It’s a well-deserved break for him.
Don and Tim got engaged five years ago in April 2019. Tim proposed to Don on his own birthday with dog tags worn by their beloved dogs Barkley and Boomer. The tags were engraved with the words, ‘Daddy will you marry daddy?’
The pair can also certainly give Don a break from his on-air career; Page Six reported that the ex-anchor left CNN with a “$25 million payout” and has “lawyer” in case he decides to take legal action against the network over his firing.
A source told the outlet, “Don signed a seven-figure contract for the morning show last September, and is assured by CNN that he will receive the remainder of his contract, which runs through 2026.”

“It won’t even hurt them a little bit financially,” the housing insider said. ‘Tim is an incredibly wealthy man who has made millions in real estate.
“He’s one of the best in town and they have enough money saved between them to live on for years.”
The industry source added, “Even if Don never works again, Tim would be able to support them financially and be comfortable,” the source said.
“He wants Don to take some time off and relax because everyone who knows him knows he’s been very nervous for the past two months.”
“He’s not a villain; he just says what he wants in and out of work and he’s used to doing what he wants all the time.
