Domino’s has unveiled five new ‘super premium’ pizzas featuring some of Australia’s finest ingredients.

The new pizza toppings include slow-cooked beef brisket from Western Australia, crispy BBQ Peking duck from Victoria, vintage Tasmanian cheddar cheese, and award-winning Parmesan made in New South Wales’ Hastings Valley.

And the pizza chain is so confident in its tasty menu items that it seeks the prestigious Australian Good Food Guide to qualify for a coveted ‘Chef Hat’.

What are Domino’s new pizzas?

Low and slow BBQ brisket

Smokey beef brisket, cooked low & slow, Tasmanian vintage cheddar, crispy rasher bacon, diced tomato & red onion, all BBQ & garlic sauce base.

Smoked Cheese Steak

Smoked Western Australian beef brisket, vintage cheddar, Hastings Valley Parmesan cheese, sliced ​​mushrooms, bell pepper and red onion, complemented with a crème fraîche base.

BBQ Meats Deluxe

Smokey Western Australian beef brisket, paired with tender Peking duck, spicy chicken, pepperoni, and sliced ​​red onion, all on a BBQ sauce base, topped with Hickory BBQ sauce and arugula.

Smokey Beef Brisket & Shrimp

Smoked Western Australian beef brisket, Hastings Valley Parmesan cheese, juicy shrimp, diced tomato and red onion, topped with a dash of hollandaise and arugula.
