In a three-minute clip titled “to be honest, this was so much fun,” Milena explained a brand new rewards system Domino’s launched to encourage employees to take selfies with customers.
This allows employees to earn wildcards that can later be used to win prizes such as iPads and days off.
“So Domino’s is doing this where they call it as ‘Friends First,'” she said cheerfully.
“We don’t call them customers, we call them friends.”
“We’re running a competition to see if we can get people to take selfies with us as delivery drivers and if they have their picture taken with us and their order we’ll get a wildcard,” she added.
“If we get that many wildcards, we’ll get different rewards.”
“So I’m going to see how many people, how many friends are going to take selfies with me tonight.”
“So stay tuned!”
She added details about the amount of money she received from tips and whether or not people bothered to take selfies with her, or even tip her.
Domino’s states that drivers can earn up to $10 per hour and are expected to make three deliveries per hour.
Their website explains that an “average” tip per delivery is $2, giving drivers an hourly tip of $6, which then increases their hourly wages to $16.

Her video stunned many viewers, with one commenting, “It amazes me how many people don’t tip their delivery drivers.”
“I’d be so embarrassed if I didn’t tip…what’s wrong with people,” another wrote.
“I’m honestly so shocked why people don’t tip?” added a third. That’s like common knowledge to tip a pizza delivery boy’
“So wild to hear all those no tips. I could never do that to my delivery man,” a fourth added.
“I don’t understand how people sleep at night if they don’t tip. You deserve all the tips girl’ another typed.
And rather perplexed, another asked, “I don’t get how people can’t even be bothered to tip a dollar to have someone bring their food.”
