It’s pretty hard not to notice the arrival of Drag Queen Story Hour imported from the US. It is spreading like wildfire across the UK and has been labeled ‘family friendly’ by LGBTQ activists. It consists of grown men, often scantily clad, reading and “performing” to children in wigs and make-up.
We are constantly told, mostly by the liberal left, that the arrival of Drag Queen Story Hour is somehow an enrichment for children and that any objection to grown men presenting themselves as dramatized and sexualized caricatures of women for children, you into an extreme right. bigoted.
But this “family-friendly” activity is anything but.
Last weekend I received horrific videos of a children’s Drag performance at the Honor Oak pub in Lewisham. In the video, the Drag Queen, dubbed Copper Topp Queen, can be seen rolling up his miniskirt to do the splits and twirling around the floor wearing PVC boots, while a young girl watches and the adults in the room whoop and giggle with glee.
I was, of course, shocked and disgusted, especially when parents who raised concerns were attacked on social media with accusations that they were homophobic and far-right. In my opinion, it’s pretty homophobic to suggest that being gay, or even “queer” if you will, should be constantly associated with highly sexualized behavior in front of children. Many gay people do not want to be associated with them and agree that these events are inappropriate for children to witness.
If you look at the website, you can see that it has been heavily sanitized and features mostly fully clothed women and men. While it’s clearly an acquired taste, no one would guess that behind-the-scenes performances would be better placed in a strip club advertised as “baby sensory”

“It’s pretty homophobic to suggest that being gay, or even ‘queer’ if you will, should be associated with highly sexualized behavior in front of children all the time.”

There is nothing “bigorous” or “far right” about protecting children’s innocence, and I will continue to shout this from the rooftops until something is done, writes GB News director DOMINIQUE SAMUELS (pictured)
From an early age, children absorb everything that happens around them. What if the children then started imitating the inappropriate behavior they witnessed on the playground?
But little did I know that this saga would get even worse. I was then directed to the Instagram page of a “baby cabaret” company called Caba Baba Rave. It advertises itself as “baby sensory” and targets children 0-2 years old.
If you look at the website, you can see that it has been heavily sanitized and features mostly fully clothed women and men. While it’s clearly an acquired taste, no one would guess that behind-the-scenes performances would be better placed in a strip club, which is touted as “baby sensory.”
That is the first alarm bell. What are they hiding?
The answer was finally enough. In one particular video I posted that has gone viral internationally, you can see a man hanging from the ceiling with bondage gear draped over his chest, dancing suggestively in stripper heels. You then see another man in fetish thongs (who happens to have a stage name that’s a pun on anal sex), doing a handstand on a chair, barely covering his genitals.
In one of the many photos proudly advertised by the company, a woman stands on stage and positions herself suggestively on her hands and knees wearing pink fishnets, grinning at the baby below her. In another, a woman holds a toddler wearing nothing but thongs and nipple tassels.

What we are witnessing is children’s insensitivity to highly sexualized themes, but it seems permissible, all in the name of ‘diversity and inclusion’, when it is anything but

I seriously question the mental capacity of the parents who think it’s okay to bring their unsuspecting child to these perverted performances
First of all, I seriously question the mental capacity of the parents who think it’s okay to bring their unsuspecting child to these perverted performances, along with the locations where these sick acts take place.
What we are witnessing is children’s insensitivity to highly sexualized themes, yet it seems permissible, all in the name of “diversity and inclusion,” when it is anything but.
This is nothing like panto, as many activists foolishly insist. When was the last time a pantomime lady paraded around children in bondage garb, or danced suggestively wearing nothing but a thong and leopard print gloves?
The answer is never. And if that happened, there would rightly be outrage and disgust.
I cheered when I heard that Caba Baba Rave has canceled their upcoming shows. But instead of taking responsibility, they have chosen to blame the cancellations on online trolls and media harassment, while not acknowledging the legitimate concerns of many parents.
Together we must ignore the incessant screeching of the far left and call this what it is. The government definitely has a responsibility to act, as do the councils that issue permits for sites that allow this depravity.
There is nothing “bigorous” or “far-right” about protecting children’s innocence, and I will continue to shout from the rooftops about this until something is done.
