The Metropolitan Police said at the time that a car matching Dominic’s had been recovered in Surrey.
A spokesperson said: ‘On 19 February we received a report that a vehicle had been stolen from Primrose Hill. The theft is said to have taken place earlier the same day.
On Tuesday 23rd February, a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle reported stolen was recovered by Surrey Police at an address in Surrey. The investigation continues.’
A spokesman for Surrey Police added: ‘We can confirm that a number of vehicles, believed to have been stolen, were recovered from an address in Betchworth on 23 February. The investigation continues.’
