Social media quickly became aware of the drama, as Twitter users wrote: “Some of my favorite internet content right now is watching the videos of celebrities being pelted by the hail at the Dolce & Gabbana menswear show in Venice… .

“This video is from celebrity stylist Brad Goreski…God sending hail down on the Dolce & Gabbana show will forever be funny, they really said ‘stop this crap!’…but those poor models, I hope they are all ok…

‘Me? The Hail at the Dolce & Gabbana Show… Scandal at the Dolce Gabbana show yesterday in Venice, Italy, some of my friends were walking and looking at the catwalk and the models were yelling OW!…

“Huge hail snowballs hitting ALL in attendance… The @dolcegabbana show. Having the model and guest taunted by hail and not stopping the show and making guests laugh at the models when they are pelted….how much more garbage can you be.

It is said to “bridge the physical with the metaphysical” and will feature items personally designed by co-founders Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana themselves.

The concept is inspired by a dream of one of the designers, called Dress from a Dream. The collection will focus on the rich artistic history and traditions of the famous floating city.

The new NFT range was shown on Saturday, with an official live auction starting on September 6.
