A dog walker caught throwing a bag of his pet’s poo into a household bin has left Australians divided over the controversial act.
The man caught on CCTV walking his dog at Epping in Sydney’s north-west was seen disposing of the doggy bag inside a resident’s red bin.
The video showed the man in a blue shirt and a pair of red shorts walking up the driveway and tossing the bag into the homeowner’s trash can parked next to recycling and organic waste bins while holding his dog’s leash.

The resident took to Facebook to upload footage of the incident and slammed the man for the act.
‘Security camera captured this person with a black dog conveniently throwing doggie poo into our household bin,’ the homeowner wrote.
‘It’s not the first time. Can the video evidence be used to identify and take action against the person.’
Social media users were quick to comment on the post, with some users blasting the dog owner for showing ‘no class’ by disposing of the dog waste in another homeowner’s bin.
Some urged the homeowner to put a padlock on all his trash cans to prevent them from being used by pedestrians.
Others went even further with their advice, advising the homeowner to find another place to live to avoid a collection of doggie bags piling up in their trash can.

However, others said the dog owner did the right thing by cleaning up after his dog.
‘Not actually a crime. A good guy who packs and disposes of it appropriately, said one social media user.
Other users also admitted that they often throw their dog’s feces into other people’s household bins.
The incident comes after a fed-up Bondi homeowner hit out at pet owners for throwing bags of dog poo in his red bin.
The man explained that he had left his bin on the curb to collect it and discovered it was full of dog poop bags the next morning.
The angry homeowner threatened to install an electric fence to stop doggie bags piling up inside his bin.
