Dog shreds in horror as man’s chest is ‘PUNCHED’ by a dog in southern Sydney

A man in his 40s was bitten in the chest by a dog in southern Sydney and suffered a serious wound.
The man was attacked by the dog on a morning walk in Sylvania and suffered a deep wound that pierced his chest in the chest.
“Paramedics arrived in quite a chaotic situation, but luckily the dog was restrained,” said NSW Ambulance Inspector Jason Rutherford.
The patient was taken to hospital in stable condition.
