A hilarious video shows a well-behaved dog doing household chores and lifting weights with human hands, while his owner is hiding behind him.

Swim coach Greg Baskwell, 30, and his adopted dog Finley from Charlotte, North Carolina, are no strangers to putting on a show, with over 100,000 views on their YouTube skits.

And while most of the world stays in as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the creative couple has locked their frustrations in the best way they know: acting as a half-human-half-dog creature.

The clip shows the dog performing household chores, such as doing the dishes, doing a home workout, cleaning surfaces, leaning towards potted plants – before finally drinking alcohol.

The strange illusion of Mr. Baskwell’s hands pretending to be Finley’s makes for a comic routine.

While Finley ‘washes’ in the sink, he also takes the unusual approach of licking the plates clean.

And during his ‘training’ the dog absolutely plays the part, panting and ‘counting’ every time he does a biceps curl with a weight.

The smart dog is also filmed ‘doing a puzzle’ wearing glasses and a relaxed sweater.

Another funny clip shows the dog burying his bone in a potted plant with human hands.

The series is set by rappers Tyga and Curtis Roach on a song called Bored In The House, a song that is currently popular in the video app TikTok while people film that they are bored at home.
