The closure has given Britain something it didn’t need: an even more sedentary lifestyle.

But it’s not just the closure of gyms and swimming pools that has hurt the nation’s well-being in the past three months.

Millions have also missed the occasional exercise that keeps our joints and muscles healthy without us realizing it – like running to a train, climbing stairs at the office, or getting kids out of school.

While working with clients through video calls, I’ve noticed that many are stiffer in the hips, lower back and shoulders.
