In the comments, Liis said she only used one Bunnings panel wood for the wall and painted it black with Portmans Paint.

Since the paint is an “expensive” option, she suggested checking out Bunnings Warehouse for cheaper alternatives if you’re on a budget.

The floorboards were also removed and new gray tiles were installed to add to the modern style.

Liis said she and her husband completed the renovation together.

The print of the French bulldog reading a magazine can also be found on eBay for just $5.65.

Within 12 hours, the social media post was ‘liked’ more than 4,300 times and many found the home project ‘inspiring’.

‘This is one of the best toilet renovations I’ve seen! That looks fantastic!’ wrote a woman.

‘Such a nice difference!! I love the black accent wall!’ added another.

‘Oh my god, what a transformation!’ said a third.
