A member of Kamala Harris’ team, who is also a senior member of the Democratic National Committee, was filmed admitting that she “will not win this year.”

Kamala Harris’ campaign compliance manager Joyce DeCerce (who is also the DNC’s compliance manager) lamented how “strangely unpopular” Harris is, while seemingly admitting to making empty promises to donors.

In the video, DeCerce agrees that the campaign’s fundraising strategy is to “take their money and tell them what they want to hear.”

The devastating summary comes as Harris prepares to accept her party’s nomination, even though she expressed her desire to win on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the unsubstantiated images come from O’Keefe Media and an undercover journalist whose name remains anonymous.

The unsubstantiated footage appears to show Kamala Harris’ campaign compliance director, Joyce DeCerce (who is also the DNC’s compliance director), lamenting how “strangely unpopular” Harris is, while seemingly admitting to making empty promises to donors.

O’Keefe Media founder James O’Keefe claimed in a video on X that the journalist received a “threatening” postcard at her home to stop the publication of the video.

O’Keefe, 40, is best known for launching the far-right activist group Project Veritas, which produces deceptively edited videos often at the expense of politicians.

“I like Kamala Harris, but I don’t think she’ll win this year,” DeCerce says in the clip.

When asked why, she offers a devastating summary, suggesting that Harris’s lack of popularity is due to her lack of success and the fact that she is a black woman.

“He’s strangely unpopular,” says DeCerce, sitting across from the unseen “journalist.”

“I think a lot of it is racism and misogyny,” he admits.

“And the vice president is so easy to attack, right? She has no achievements to speak of, because she is vice president. She doesn’t make laws.

DeCerce continued: “His job is to become president if Joe Biden dies. And a lot of times, the vice president, whoever that is, is the one who has to do the hard work.”

Asked why Harris is “constantly under attack,” DeCerce says, “Honestly, if you look at the things people are attacking her with, it’s a bunch of racist, sexist nonsense.”

“Those are things you wouldn’t say about a man,” she adds. “People call her stupid.”

At this point, DeCerce explains his responsibilities as compliance manager.

“I don’t direct anyone,” he says of his position in an organization charged with nominating the party’s candidates for president and vice president.

‘The ultimate goal of my job is to report to the government how much the DNC raised and where it spent its money.

“And Joe Biden’s campaign right now, because they don’t have anyone to do that for them,” he added.

“She’s weirdly unpopular,” DeCerce says of Harris as he sits across from the unseen “reporter.” “I think a lot of it is racism and misogyny,” he admits at one point.

When asked how they get donations, he replies, “They kind of tell the donor what they want to hear.”

He is later asked: “Do you think our strategy has always been to take their money and tell them what they want to hear?” to which the staff member replies: “Yes, that’s politics.”

When the person filming expresses surprise at his answer and asks again, DeCerce responds, “100 percent.”

He also says he thought it was “a good thing” that Biden debated Trump, even though days later it was the president’s downfall. The clip appears to have been filmed before the debate, which was held on June 28.

“I would have had to debate Trump anyway,” DeCerce reasons.

“Just for political reasons: I would have had to do it.”

He added: ‘We’ve had people who have not wanted to give us money because they think the campaign is not working well enough or that Biden is not strong enough.

At this point, the undercover reporter asks, “So some donors are holding off on signing checks because they think the campaign isn’t doing well?”

At this point, DeCerce seems to agree, prompting the reporter to respond, “Why would they think that?”

“I don’t know. A lot of people think we should attack Trump more.”

Meanwhile, O’Keefe claimed the woman who met with DeCerce and filmed the encounter arranged the date on the dating app Bumble.

He said the two met on several occasions.
