Porn star Jesse Jane was found with a ‘white powdery substance’ in a tray next to her bed and a coroner has ruled her death an accident.
The actress, whose legal name is Cynthia Ann Taylor, and her boyfriend Brett Hasenmueller were found dead inside an Oklahoma property on January 24.
A forensic medical report, seen by DailyMail.com, revealed that “a white powdery substance was observed on (a) tray next to the bed at the scene” and that both were found in a “state of decomposition”.
“In my opinion, based on the circumstances surrounding the death and the autopsy findings, Cynthia Taylor died as a result of fentanyl and cocaine toxicity,” medical examiner Kacey Cliburn wrote.
Taylor’s toxicology report says the porn star was found to have fentanyl, cocaine and benzoylecgonine in her bloodstream and benzoylecgonine in her brain. She also suffered from atherosclerosis, the thickening of the arteries, and hypertensive cardiovascular disease.

Police officers were called to the home after Hasenmueller failed to show up for work for a few days and the two were found “unresponsive” in a bed.
Taylor was found wearing black leggings and a blue T-shirt that was stained with ‘decomposition fluid’, as well as false eyelashes and hair extensions.
The woman was positively identified through fingerprint analysis, the medical examiner’s report revealed.
Taylor signed a contract in 2002 with Digital Playground and went on to star in Pirates and Pirates II: Stagnetti’s Revenge, which are considered the most expensive adult film to date, costing around $8 million to produce.
However, her ticket to fame came when she appeared on the television show Entourage and would later appear in Playboy.
Her work led to her being inducted into the AVN and XRCO Hall of Fame.
“I got into porn at the perfect time, when porn stars mattered,” she told GQ in 2018.

“Everyone knew who you were because they had to buy your product or your DVDs, everything,” Jane explained.
“Porn was very naughty, but everyone watched it.”
When news of her death spread, many wanted to pay tribute to the adult actress.
Actor and director Tommy Gunn, whose real name is Thomas Strada, shared an emotional tribute to Jane, who co-starred in several films including Pirates.
He took to social media to say he was “grateful to have been honored” with her presence.
“Words fail me to express the news of Jesse Jane’s passing. We started getting to know each other the same year, in 2004,” she wrote. “He had unparalleled energy, was a wonderful person, and always made me smile and feel loved. You could always feel his presence the moment he walked into the room.”
Alana Evans, president of the Adult Performing Artists Guild, said Rolling StoneJesse was a megastar. She was discovered on the Hawaiian Tropics competition.
“Although she quickly became a porn sensation, it didn’t go to her head. She was as sweet as could be.”
