A California mother who was led out of Disneyland in handcuffs for allegedly trying to sneak her daughters inside has threatened to sue the theme park.

Jessenia Diaz, 26, of Torrance, was arrested Tuesday and charged with suspicion of criminal trespassing after officials at the Happiest Place on Earth said she tried to take her two daughters to the park without paying.

After the incident, Diaz posted on TikTok to recount the incident and responded to the commenter who asked if he was going to take legal action: “I’m sure he’ll sue.”
