Disney + will be launched in the UK on March 31, 2020

Will be Disney + available in the UK on March 31, just over four months after launching in the US on November 12, Disney CEO Bob Iger announced a profit call yesterday. Together with the United Kingdom, the service will also be launched on the same date in other major European markets – including Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

Disney + is already available in the Netherlands, where it was launched in September as a free trial version. But the broader launch of March 2020 will be the first time that many viewers in Europe can legally view Disney + results, including The Mandalorian and The lady and the wanderer live action remake.

The big question now is how much Disney + will cost when it comes to the UK. The service currently costs $ 6.99 per month in the US and costs € 6.99 per month in the Netherlands from November 12.

The announcement of the British release yesterday coincided with the news that the Disney + app will be available on Amazon Fire TV streaming devices, along with LG and Samsung smart TV's, Roku's streaming devices , Apple TV, iOS, Android, Xbox One and PS4.
