A disgusted mother has claimed she found maggots wriggling inside her McDonald’s burger, leaving her “very sick”.
The anonymous American woman, who took to TikTok, said she was treating herself to a Big Mac at a US branch when she allegedly made the gruesome discovery.
After he started eating, he “immediately” started to get a stomach ache and stopped.
It was only after opening the burger bun, he says, that he found ‘little white worms’ inside his food.
In the creepy video posted on the platform, the disgusting maggots can be seen wriggling around on the beef patty.

The account, known only as @FresaConCrema313, told her TikTok followers: ‘I ate it immediately. My stomach started hurting immediately.
‘As soon as I got home I didn’t feel well.
‘I found these little worms in my Big Mac. I’m so upset. There were about 10 more when I first opened it.
“Everyone crawled into the burger. Look at that. I ate it.”
She added: “I can’t believe it. No wonder I’m so sick. I’ve never felt so sick in my life.”
‘I go to the bathroom every 15 minutes. I’ve lost seven pounds since eating this.
‘I didn’t know McDonald’s could make you lose weight.
“Now everything makes sense. I have to decide whether I should go to the hospital or not.”

Britons suffer around 2.4 million cases of food poisoning every year, according to the Food Standards Agency (FSA), costing the UK up to £9 billion each year.
Meanwhile, in the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that about 48 million people get sick from food poisoning each year.
Of these, 128,000 are hospitalized and about 3,000 cases are fatal.
