Shocking footage has emerged of a group of wild cyclists who clashed with cops while riding through busy suburban streets.
Officers were confronted by the group of 15 cyclists at Williams Landing in Melbourne’s southeast at 2pm on July 29.
Dashcam footage from the highway patrol vehicle reportedly showed the thugs doing wheelies and riding their bikes down the road at high speed.
Westgate Police Division Highway Patrol officers were confronted by a group of feral bikers on a busy south-east Melbourne road.
The riders passed the patrol car at an intersection before converging on a median lane after one of their group lost control of their bike and slammed into the curb.
In the video, officers can be seen dealing with the cyclist who fell off his bike before his arrest.
He needed help after getting stuck between the bike and the side of the road.
His fellow riders, however, continued to circle the officers on their bikes.
A cyclist came close enough to police on his bike to allegedly spray dirt and rocks from the median lane.
A visibly agitated cop warns the riders to stop their antics before he is seen talking on a portable radio calling for reinforcements.

Oncoming cars on the road were forced to slow down to avoid collision as the peloton of riders continued along the middle lane.
Several minutes later, footage shows more Westgate Highway Patrol officers arriving at the scene.
Victoria Police say they are looking for the other runners who were filmed performing the brazen act.
“Police arrested one individual and upon arrest the group of bikers came back and surrounded the police, riding on the wrong side of the road,” a police spokesman said.
“The group continued this activity for approximately two minutes while two officers arrested the individual, before leaving the area.
“Footage of the alleged incident taken from the police vehicle has been released in the hope that anyone with information on the identities of the riders can come forward to the police.”
A Victoria Police spokeswoman confirmed the arrested young biker was charged with a variety of offenses including unregistered and unlicensed driving.
Police declined to provide further details as the driver is underage.
Westgate Police Division Inspector Jane Horgan has warned people riding dirt bikes on the roads they will be caught.

“Riding illegal dirt bikes on our streets and in parks is not just harmless fun – the community and the police are rightly fed up and we are taking action,” Ms Horgan said.
“For those who think they can ride our streets in a group while engaging in ridiculous behavior on these bikes – rest assured that we will find you, seize your bike and bring charges where appropriate.”
Westgate Police Highway Patrol said they are cracking down on motorists who ride their motorbikes dangerously on the roads and cause damage.
The force recently received two new motorcycles funded by the Wyndham City Council to respond to these incidents.
