In August, the Tate brothers won their case in Bucharest to be released from their home, arrested and placed under judicial supervision.
Today, both men are due to appear in court in the Romanian capital at noon local time. They are currently awaiting trial on charges of human trafficking and creating a criminal gang to exploit women, allegations they deny.
A spokesperson for Tate told MailOnline the hearing represented another opportunity for the brothers and the prosecution to present evidence. He described the case as a “ping-pong” match for the near future until a trial date can be set.
Their latest court appearance in the Eastern European country comes as four British women are reportedly set to take Andrew Tate to court after alleging he strangled and coercively controlled them, one of them claiming to have been raped.

The self-proclaimed misogynist allegedly committed these abuses between 2013 and 2016, before becoming known on social networks.
Each woman claims she was choked until the blood vessels in her eyes burst, while one said the YouTuber sent her a message saying “I love raping you.”
Tate denies the allegations and has threatened to sue them for defamation.
Of the four women, three went to the police at the time, but after four years of investigation, the public prosecutor’s office did not file charges.
Women now believe civil action is their only option, according to Sunday time. They reportedly plan to sue Tate for bodily harm and injuries.
The claim is expected to be filed in the coming weeks.
