Hundreds of glamorous young men and women arrived to see the results and celebrate the former president's expected rush of delegates.

Hundreds of people packed into the Mar-a-Lago ballroom Tuesday night, celebrating each primary outcome and waiting to hear former President Donald Trump take another big step toward the Republican Party nomination.

“We have to beat Biden; he’s the worst president in history,” Trump said even before voting began in a morning television interview, setting the tone for his party-and-victory parade.

With more than 800 delegates at stake on Super Tuesday, she can almost finish off her rival Nikki Haley.

And the crowd gathered in Mar-a-Lago’s grand ballroom knew it.

“Tonight is the night,” said a young man dressed in Trump’s uniform: navy suit, white shirt and red tie.

His man quickly racked up victories in Maine, Oklahoma, Virginia, North Carolina, Texas and Tennessee, drawing cheers from the crowd.

Trump’s top advisers did not want to know whether or not it is the night Haley retires, preferring to focus their messages on President Joe Biden, 81.

“I have no idea,” said top campaign adviser Chris LaCivita. “I can’t get inside his head.”

Insiders quietly informed reporters with a nudge and a wink that Haley would quietly stay home rather than make a public appearance.

The crowds began arriving before 7 p.m., filling the gilded opulence of Mar-a-Lago’s Grand Ballroom, where 16 chandeliers hang from the ceiling and the walls shimmer with mirrors.

Above the chandeliers is the office where some of the presidential documents that triggered one of the four criminal cases against Trump were found.

On Tuesday night, the ballroom was bustling with an eclectic mix of ‘deplorables’ and regular protest-goers rubbing shoulders with Palm Beach’s wealthy set.

One group arrived wearing ‘Born to Ride – 45’ motorcycle jackets (referring to the 45th president) alongside young men in Trump’s uniform: navy suit, white shirt and red tie.

And for every platinum-haired, face-lifted local grande dame, there was another in a ‘Save America’ dress or a red, white and blue suit.

The crowd featured an eclectic mix of people who revel in the idea of being “deplorables” and the wealthy elite of Palm Beach society.

Aides said Trump spent the day conducting telephone interviews with media outlets in Super Tuesday states.

Biden was also working to shore up his support among Black voters, who were crucial to his victory in 2020, with a pair of radio interviews aimed at African American audiences.

“If we lose this election, you’re going to go back to Donald Trump,” he told DeDe in the Morning. “I think the way he talks, the way he acts and the way he treats the African-American community has been disgraceful.”

Haley has not made any promises to fight last Super Tuesday. She has no more campaign events or television ads airing after Tuesday night.

“As much as everyone wants to kick me out, I’m not ready to get out yet,” she told Fox News in an interview Tuesday morning.

Trump’s advisers predict that Haley will be mathematically eliminated by March 19.

His first criminal trial, on fraud charges stemming from a money payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels, will begin six days later.

Overall, however, Trump’s legal strategy has paid dividends. Last week, the Supreme Court said it would hear his claim that he was protected by presidential immunity, leaving his federal election fraud case for later in the year.

Their variety of delaying tactics means that none of the four cases are likely to have returned a verdict by Election Day (and two may not even have begun).
