Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is about to be hit with a second set of seven sexual assault lawsuits with more than 100 more waiting in the wings.
Texas attorney Tony Buzbee announced the new claims Sunday night, days after he filed the first six lawsuits from anonymous plaintiffs last Monday.
Combs was arrested last month in Manhattan after an investigation into alleged sex trafficking, and is accused of drugging and raping victims as young as nine years old.
Two of the new alleged victims were teenagers at the time they claim the disgraced rapper and music mogul abused them, a 17-year-old and a girl just 13.
Diddy is accused of aggravated sexual assault, sexual abuse and sexual exploitation in the seven lawsuits filed by four male and three female plaintiffs.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is about to be hit with a second batch of seven sexual assault lawsuits with more than 100 more waiting in the wings.
Diddy is also accused of drugging a 13-year-old girl in 2000, a man he allegedly raped in 2022, and a woman who accuses him of raping her in 2022.
The lawsuits are expected to be filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan overnight and their contents are expected to be made public shortly thereafter.
“Several other individuals are referenced in the case records, but at this time they are not previously named as defendants,” Buzbee said, without naming them.
“We will let the allegations contained in the complaints filed speak for themselves and work to see that justice is served.”
Buzbee said that although some of the reported abuses occurred more than two decades ago, including in 2000, “the majority of the events described occurred in 2022.”
“The egregious conduct exposed in the lawsuits occurred in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas,” he said.
All plaintiffs will be anonymous, as will the first six whose lawsuits were filed last week.
Buzbee warned that Diddy could expect an avalanche of lawsuits that wouldn’t let up anytime soon, and that others should be worried too.
“We look forward to filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare filings,” he said.
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee said he expects lawsuits to be filed within the next month, with most expected to be filed in New York and Los Angeles.
Buzbee is lead counsel for the lawsuits through his Buzbee law firm in Houston, with assistance from AVA Law Group in California and Curis Law in New York.
The attorney said last week that a hotline he created for victims and witnesses of Diddy and his associates received 12,000 calls in 24 hours.
His team gathered enough evidence to file 120 victim lawsuits against the rapper and announced them at a press conference three weeks ago.
Of the 120 alleged victims, 25 were minors at the time of the abuse, the youngest being 9, 14, 15 years old.
“This individual, who was nine years old at the time, was taken to an audition in New York City with Bad Boy Records,” he said at the press conference.
“This individual was allegedly sexually abused by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio with the promise to both his parents and himself of getting a record deal.”
The claims come from victims who were pursuing careers in television or music and the rapper promised to make them stars, as well as those who were simply invited to Diddy’s afterparties, Buzbee said.
A man who accuses Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of assaulting him when he was just 16 has shared a photo of the pair together at one of the rapper’s famous White Parties.
Diddy’s annual Labor Day ‘White Party’ was known for being crazy and often getting out of control, and neighbors often called the police to complain about the noise.
Combs founded Bad Boy Records in 1993, the label that launched the careers of Notorious BIG, French Montana and Machine Gun Kelly.
“Other kids were there to audition, too,” Buzbee said. ‘They were all trying to get a record deal. All of them were minors.
‘Another minor was allegedly told by Sean Combs that he would make him a star, but that he needed to talk to him privately, away from his parents.
“Once they were in a private area, Mr. Combs allegedly forced the victim to perform oral sex on him.”
New accusations flooded Buzbee’s law firm since Federal prosecutors announced a federal indictment against Diddy and arrested him.
“An individual, 15 years old at the time, who had flown to New York City to attend a party was drugged and then taken to a private room allegedly in the presence of Mr. Combs, where this woman, a minor was raped and then other people took turns raping her,” Buzbee said.
In working with authorities, the attorney said many accusers have been dismissed with non-credible stories.
Two women pour champagne down a third woman’s throat at Combs’ Labor Day party at his East Hampton home in 1998.
Many of the new victims had previously told authorities they had suffered abuse, including some who cooperated with the FBI.
Many have medical records proving they were raped or drugged, Buzbee added.
“Drugs were found in his system…rare drugs, drugs you’ve probably never heard of,” Buzbee explained.
“One in particular that keeps coming up is a drug called Xylazine, or tranq, which in our research is known as a horse tranquilizer.”
Diddy’s lawyers denied all claims shortly after Buzbee made public his plan to file at least 120 lawsuits.
“Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies, as false and defamatory, any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,” Combs’ lawyer, Erica Wolff, told DailyMail.com.
“He hopes to prove his innocence and vindicate himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
The alleged victims are scattered across the country, but many are in California, New York, Florida and Georgia.
About half are women and the other half are men, Buzbee said.
Diddy appears at his 1998 white party in the Hamptons, where he is said to have sexually abused a minor who asked him for advice on breaking into the music business.
Much of the alleged abuse occurred at parties, such as Diddy’s infamous white parties or ‘puppy parties’.
“A person who was 22 years old when he was attacked said that the typical modus operandi at one of these parties… was that when they gave you a drink, and now we know that the drink is mixed with something, that if you refused to drink it , they kicked you out of the party,’ Buzbee detailed.
In another disturbing case, a pregnant adult woman claims she was raped after attending a group dinner with Combs in Miami.
“She wasn’t drinking because she was pregnant, but everything she drank at the table was apparently laced with something,” Buzbee said.
“She passed out and woke up in the same bed, supposedly again with Mr. Combs at his mansion in Miami. Her vagina and anus were torn and sore, I could go on. And you’re literally sensing a theme here.
‘If you are out there and have been a victim, you are not alone. “There is great strength in numbers.”
