Last year, on an episode of The Kardashians, the beauty mogul broke down in tears as she recalled comments trolls made about how old she looked.
In 2015, after months of speculation, Kylie admitted to receiving lip injections and revealed that her thin lips were an “insecurity,” later saying she dissolved half of them.
The reality star said The Wall Street Journal in 2023 that she ‘never touched’ her face, although she spoke about getting her breasts done when she was 19, before the birth of her daughter, Stormi.
Famous facial plastic surgeon doctor persky in Encino, California, told DailyMail.com that Kylie “shows no signs of facelift surgery” and that at Kylie’s age, she would be too young.
“In my opinion, patients younger than 40 to 45 years old are too young for facelift surgery,” Dr. Persky said.
Instead, Dr. Persky believes your “swooped” appearance could be due to a non-invasive treatment like EmFace, which “combines electromagnetic energy and synchronized radiofrequency energy to lift and sculpt facial contours while reducing wrinkles.”
Chicago-based plastic surgeon Dr David Hill believes the beauty guru owes her look to a combination of layered touch-ups and makeup techniques.
“Botox could easily explain his decreased ability to express emotions, as well as his slightly raised forehead,” Dr Hill told DailyMail.com.
Dr. Hill explained that injecting around the muscles surrounding the eyes can give a subtle boost.

Dr. Hill also believes that laser resurfacing may have been performed to stimulate collagen production, which “gives the skin a youthful glow and slightly tighter appearance,” making it a popular procedure before the big red carpet events.
Dr. Hill believes Kylie may have had some fillers removed, which “could explain the more natural contours and sharper angles” of her face, which could also lead to a more elevated appearance.
“My suspicion is that Kylie underwent an endoscopic or temporary brow lift,” Dr. Hill surmised. “Both are minimally invasive surgical procedures in which small incisions are made in or along the hairline to lift and secure the eyebrows.”
“These techniques offer longer-lasting results compared to Botox or threads, and if your appearance remains this high in the coming months, it will almost certainly be surgical,” Dr. Hill explained.
Dr. Hill believes this is not a facelift, because his younger patients often opt for more undetectable “touch-ups,” rather than surgery, to achieve “lifted and rejuvenated looks.
“A surgical facelift is typically reserved for people in their thirties and older, when more advanced signs of aging, such as loss of elasticity or deeper wrinkles, begin to appear,” Dr. Hill said.
