Kim has strenuously denied ever having surgery on her face, but her fans have long speculated that she has had fillers, a popular procedure in which gels are injected under the skin where they sit, adding volume.

However, she previously admitted to taking “a little Botox.”

Dr Jonny Betteridge, a London-based cosmetic doctor, said he suspects the mother of four has undergone something called a “ponytail facelift”.

In an instagram videotold her 289,000 followers: “Fillers only go so far and if you fill your face to the point where you can’t go any further, you often need to dissolve what you have and then you’re left with an alternative.” option. That’s surgery.

“Given her facial appearance, I think she had a ponytail facelift about two or three years ago, where the scars are discreetly placed at her hairline, next to her temple, and behind her ear.”

“But for her to look very similar to how she did 20 years ago, with the only really obvious difference being the shape of her nose and the volume of her cheeks, I’d say that’s pretty impressive.”

‘Great surgeon! It looks so cool,” one fan wrote, commenting on Dr. Betteridge’s video.

“She looks fabulous, but it looks like a facelift. Isn’t she incredibly young to have one?” another questioned.

Earlier this month, a surgeon who spoke to MailOnline warned of a rise in younger women needing facelift surgery, because their appearance had been “ruined” by years of receiving filler injections.

Dr Julián De Silva, a specialist in facial plastic surgery, said: “More and more women are coming to me about facial aging in their 30s. It is often because they have had fillers.

‘Filling can build up; It does not always dissolve completely naturally and can be very difficult to remove.

‘A patient I hadn’t seen in five years came back for facelift surgery and I almost didn’t recognize her because she had so much added volume to her cheeks, lips, chin and jaw.

‘She added it every six months and it just added up.

‘We dissolved everything we could. But patients often require surgery because their skin ends up stretched.’

Dr Sophie Shotter, from the British College of Aesthetic Medicine, added: “You’re not supposed to use fillers before the age of 18, but we know that less reputable clinics do.”

“So it doesn’t surprise me that women reach their 30s and end up with skin laxity and needing surgery.”

Last year, Dr. Andrew Peredo, who specializes in facial cosmetic procedures, also speculated that Kim had spent “around $50,000” because “she’s so well known.”

He told MailOnline: “It’s hard to say, but I know surgeons who charge more than $200,000 for procedures because they are so well known and a lot of celebrities go to them.”

He also suggested that she had undergone lip augmentation through filler or fat grafting and a nose job because “the top looks a little more refined.”

Dr Peredo added: ‘His eyes are also more visible and appear more cat-like, so he may have had eyelid surgery (or blepharoplasty) to achieve that more exotic look.

“Her face also looks a little fuller, which could be because she’s gained a little weight or because she has fillers to tighten her skin a little.”

Kim only admitted to having “a little bit of Botox,” which she revealed in a 2022 interview with Allure.

She also said she “hadn’t had filler” and had “never had my cheeks or lips filled.”
