On June 2, Diablo 4 was available to early access owners, and these players were able to experience the game relatively smoothly due to the lack of pressure on the game servers, but with the launch of the game all over the world and for all game owners at the dawn of the day, login problems began to appear in a big way.
As one user said Reddit:
The game servers are down again, I was teleporting and got stuck on the loading screen. Now I can’t get into the game.
Many other players stated that the game kicked them out during the game session, and even when trying to log in they suffered a lot due to the great pressure on the game servers, as the game supports the cooperative play experience between home devices and the PC, and therefore suffers from great pressure on the Diablo 4 servers.
According to Blizzard Customer Service, the company is working to resolve login issues:
We are currently investigating an issue affecting our login servers, which may result in failed or slow login attempts.
Adam Fletcher, director of global community development for Diablo, also shared on Twitter:
See login and server problems. I’m seeing some improvement but the team is still working all night to fix these issues.
