Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold has posted terrifying footage of him falling down the stairs of his home.
The 21-year-old shared the clip on X on Thursday night. It shows him scrolling on his phone as he leaves a room and goes down the stairs.
As he steps down the first step, his foot slips on the carpet and launches his body into the air.
Arnold’s body falls hard against the stairs but manages to grab the banister.
He then slides down several steps before stopping at the bottom, where he sits for a minute to compose himself.
Fortunately, it appears that Arnold escaped unharmed. Posting the video on X, he captioned it: “I had a rough morning” with a series of laughing emojis.
