Caitlyn Jenner broke her silence on OJ Simpson’s death by simply saying in a social media post: “Bye.”

Jenner, 74, whose ex-wife Kris Jenner was close friends with OJ Simpson and his late wife Nicole, posted Reaction X, formerly Twitter, on Thursday to her 3.3 million followers.

The notorious murder suspect, who was later found civilly liable for the deaths of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman, died at age 76 at his Las Vegas home Wednesday night, after a brief battle with prostate cancer.

Caitlyn has not been shy about expressing her opinion about Simpson.

In 2021 she said during the Australian TV show Big Brother VIP who believes Simpson ‘got away with murder’ with Nicole’s murder.

“Obviously he did it and got away with it, and at one point he even told Nicole, ‘I’m going to kill you and get away with it because I’m OJ Simpson,'” Jenner said on the show.

Kris used to be married to OJ’s lawyer, Robert Kardashian Sr., who died of esophageal cancer in 2003.

Kardashian served as one of OJ’s defense attorneys during Simpson’s murder trial for the 1994 stabbing deaths of Brown and his friend Ron Goldman.

A co-star asked Jenner if it was difficult to watch OJ’s trial. OJ was acquitted of the double murder in 1995.

“It was an extraordinarily difficult time,” Jenner said. ‘Nicole was Kris’s best friend. She had been for a long time.

“I was at Nicole’s house two days before the murder,” Jenner continues. “Obviously he did it and he got away with it, and at one point he even told Nicole, ‘I’m going to kill you and get away with it because I’m OJ Simpson.'” And Nicole told Kris that at one point, and unfortunately I was right.

Caitlyn added: “We were in the courtroom. We’re watching what’s going on in the other room, and even after the not guilty verdict, the first thing Kris turns to me and says, ‘We should have listened to Nicole.’ “She was right from the beginning.”

Simpson was held responsible for the 1997 deaths in a civil case brought by the families of the two victims.

In 2008, Simpson was convicted for his role in the armed robbery and kidnapping of two sports memorabilia dealers in Las Vegas.

He was released from prison in 2017 after serving nine years.
