Search efforts have continued for a teenager who went missing while on a beach on the New South Wales north coast.
Jacob Partridge, 17, was last seen by friends at Emerald Beach, 20 kilometers north of Coffs Harbour, on Friday.
Navy and police rescue officers battled rough waters searching for the teenager Saturday, but found no trace of him.
The search by sea and land resumed on Sunday morning.

Jacob is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build and with long brown hair.
“Police and family are concerned for his welfare as his behavior is considered out of character,” New South Wales Police said in a statement.
He is known to frequent the Emerald Beach area.
