The police released photos of Mr. Forbes and Mrs. Lowden on Monday, along with the green Nissan Patrol car of 1994 in which they were traveling.
A friend of Mr. Forbes, Jacob McGhee, reached out to people on Facebook to find the missing campers and posted a map of the area they were traveling through.
& # 39; He should have been working today, but no one has heard from him since Friday, so he started to think he got stuck there & # 39 ;, said Mr. McGhee on Facebook.
& # 39; He is sleeping in the back, so he has no swag or something. & # 39;

The search is based on Rawson and local police units, including the Air Wing and SES search for the Walhalla Thomson Dam area.
The Walhalla area has only 20 inhabitants, but is a popular location for hikers and campers because of the surrounding hills and trees.
The region where the couple was missing has experienced zero temperatures this weekend.
