Alan looked baffled as the 16-year-old entertainer threw herself in all sorts of ways before his eyes on the famous ITV set.

Liberty looked full of confidence as she swung her legs over her head and let her feet dangle in front of the makeshift kitchen counter.

The world record holder insisted she felt “no pain” when performing her famous moves and that she does some yoga to warm up every morning.

He has turned the act into his career and has performed all over the world, but only discovered his talent thanks to pop star Rihanna.

But her talent was a surprise to her more than anyone else because as a child she was not flexible at all.

She explained: ‘What’s strange is that I was never flexible at all when I was younger. I would dance, do gymnastics, do anything athletic and end up with my face on the floor.

“I would literally crumble like a cookie.”

‘He had difficulty breathing so he couldn’t do many things and he sounded a bit strange when he spoke.

‘It was just when I was 10 and I was watching Rihanna’s music video and I copied a dance move she did in it. I bent my body backwards.

And then my shortness of breath disappeared.

“When I was 12, I added cheer dance moves and that’s how I started.”

Alan was on the show to promote his gardening series, but also revealed that he stays away from social media.

He said: I’m not on Facebook, I don’t look at it because I have enough to get by. I don’t deny real life, I choose a part of life that I can cope with.

‘And like everyone, the stress and strains come from my own family and friends, and I worry about them.

‘I try not to worry about what people say about me because what’s the point?’
