Elton John was struggling to walk when he left a fancy dinner with a foot brace on Tuesday night.
The singer, 76, had enjoyed a meal at Oswald’s in London with her husband David Furnish and friends and looked in pain as he walked to his car.
A member of his team helped him down the stairs of the restaurant before getting into a red Bentley to return home.
She was wearing an Evenup shoe balancer whose website indicates they are used after a foot injury or surgery to reset leg length discrepancies caused by wearing walking boots.
It comes after he was seen walking with the help of a crutch while attending Derek Draper’s funeral earlier this month.

The appearance in a brace comes after he had to postpone his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour following “an awkward fall” in the summer of 2021.
He then had to undergo hip replacement surgery after suffering “considerable pain and discomfort.”
In a statement at the time, Elton said: “At the end of my summer holiday I fell awkwardly on a hard surface and have had considerable pain and discomfort in my hip ever since.
“Despite intense physiological and specialized treatment, the pain has continued to worsen and causes increasing difficulty in moving.”
He added: “I have been advised to have surgery as soon as possible to regain my fitness and ensure there are no long-term complications.”
“I will undertake an intensive physiotherapy program that will ensure a full recovery and return to full, pain-free mobility.”

More recently, in the summer of 2023 he suffered another fall at his home in the south of France that forced him to be hospitalized.
The music legend was taken to the orthopedic department at Princess Grace Hospital in Monaco, where he was examined.
A representative for Elton confirmed to MailOnline at the time that he was discharged the following morning and soon returned to “good health”.
In a statement they said: “We can confirm that following a slip yesterday at his home in the south of France, Elton visited the local hospital as a precaution.
“After checks, he was discharged immediately this morning and is now back home and in good health.”
It comes after it was reported earlier this month that he is “working on top-secret new music” due to be released before the end of the year.
The music icon retired from touring in the summer of 2023 and took to Glastonbury’s famous Pyramid stage for the final UK show of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour.
Elton has been producing hit after hit since the 1960s, with his latest album, called Regimental Sgt. Zippo, released in 2021.
And now a report suggests the megastar is back in the studio working on a new album, news that is sure to delight fans.
