Tallulah Willis bravely shared a photo of what her face looks like when she suffers from skin picking disorder.
It was a throwback photo from three years ago shared on Instagram on Sunday.
“Old pic, but I’m here trying to shout from the rooftops that harvesting IS HAPPENING!” wrote the daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis.
“And can it honestly be beautiful?” the budding star added.
Tallulah then wrote: ‘So next time you pass out and wake up with a plethora of little crusty spots, be a little careful! Please! Thank you.’

In June, the 30 years took to Instagram to share incredible before and after photos of her face “curing” from the condition.
The actress, who recently revealed her autism diagnosis, showed a “before” photo showing her skin covered in reddish cuts and scrapes and scabs around her mouth, nose and eyes.
The “after” photo revealed a much clearer, blemish-free face.
‘YOU CAN CHOOSE! And then healing **can** happen,’ she wrote in the caption of the carousel.
“Healing doesn’t have to mean clear skin, or that intrusive thoughts will stop intruding, or that you won’t do it again. These are small victories.”
In June, she took to her Instagram to share incredible before and after photos of her face “healing” from the condition.
She concluded: ‘There is a whole community in this fight and I want so much to share how I achieved my victories and help rescue all the sweet chosen faces of the world!’
In 2021, the star revealed her diagnosis for the first time and let her fans know that she was very happy with the progress she was making in taking care of her skin.
Sharing similar before and after photos, Tallulah wrote: ‘Skin updates from a chronic restless hand picker!’
The former Dancing with the Stars personality wrote: ‘We have *ascended* to the top of alien smoothness and glow goals,’ and shared a number of skincare brands she was using while refraining from picking at her face.
She added: ‘I HAVE NOT TOUCHED MY PRECIOUS, DELICATE FACE WITH DIRTY NAILS IN 4 – COUNT ‘EM – 4 MONTHS.’
Tallulah said she had never felt “so motivated to brag” and was “really proud” of the improvements she was making to her self-care.
Wednesday’s social media post comes after Tallulah first revealed she had been diagnosed with autism, while speaking about how the condition had “changed her life” after finding out last summer.
She shared her health discovery amid her father’s ongoing battle with dementia.

She posted a throwback video of herself and her father, who in the past two years was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia, on the red carpet at the premiere of the actor’s 2004 film, The Whole Ten Yards, which also starred as a then-10-year-old Tallulah.
Along with the post, she wrote: ‘Tell me you’re autistic without telling me you’re autistic.’
In the video, a young Tallulah, who is being held by Bruce as she answers a reporter’s questions, is seen fiddling with her ears and rubbing her hands over her bald head repeatedly.
Her post prompted a follower to ask her about her diagnosis.
The actress replied: “This is actually the first time I’ve shared my diagnosis publicly. I found out this summer and it’s been life-changing.”
Her sister, Scout LaRue, also wrote: “He’s ticing,” and Tallulah replied: “Man, that’s a curl in the ear. Wish we had louder audio.”
According to the Cleveland Clinicpacing ‘is when a person repeatedly makes the same movements or sounds’.
It is a way for people to regulate their emotions and is “often (though not always) associated with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions.”
Tallulah has been brave and candid about self-care and body dysmorphia issues over the years, with empowering messages to her followers on social media.

In 2021, she posted on Instagram that she ‘punished myself for not looking like my mother, after being told’ she looks like her father.
“I resented the resemblance because I believed my ‘masculine’ face was the only reason I wasn’t worthy of love. FALSE!” she said. “I was/am inherently valuable and worthy, at any stage in life, any size, any hairstyle (just like you).”
He added: ‘It is necessary to soothe the wound inside your soul before trying to “fix” the outside.
‘Be aware of the special and impressionable minds around you and their access to social media and potentially triggering images or indicators that excessive focus on one’s appearance goes beyond the mere desire to feel good in one’s own skin.’
