The actress, 61, was joined by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 36, and Lily James, 35, for the opening night of the brand’s exhibition at the Palazzo Reale.
Stepping out in Italy’s fashion capital, Demi paired the sparkly sheer dress with a black bra and matching high-waisted pants.
She styled her hair straight and elevated her height with a pair of strappy sandals to complete her look.
Rosie also embraced the brand’s love of lingerie and wore a black chiffon dress with a plunging neckline.

Lily opted for a two-piece ensemble consisting of a sheer halter-neck top and black wide-leg pants.
speaking to Financial times Ahead of the exhibition opening, the brand’s founders and co-owners, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana explained how they hope to tell the story of “where they come from.”
Stefano stated: “Our dream is to inspire new generations, encourage them to express what they feel and give them courage.”
Domenico added: ‘We would like young people to see in artistic professions an alternative, an antidote to banality and homogenization.
“And if this project leads you to marvel at the creativity and craftsmanship that goes into not only the final product, but the entire process, we will be truly happy.”
Demi’s departure comes amid her ex-husband Bruce Willis’ battle with dementia and aphasia.

Bruce, 69, married the actress in 1987, but the couple split in 2000. When Demi found love with younger actor Ashton Kutcher, 46 (from whom she split in 2011), Bruce fell in love. later from the English model and actress Emma Heming, who is almost 25 years his junior.
But Bruce, Demi and Emma were determined to remain friends for the sake of their children and the couples became close.
“We’ve become a tribe,” Bruce said of his blended family while speaking to W magazine in 2009, after Ashton and Demi attended his wedding to Emma in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Bruce has previously noted that people are often baffled by his friendship with Demi, with whom he shares children: Rumer, 35, Scout, 32, and Tallulah, 30.
“It’s generated a lot of interest because everyone can understand the resentment and envy in the breakdown of a marriage, but they don’t understand how I can get along with my ex like that,” she said.
“Demi and I decided to put the kids first, and we’re so lucky we all have fun together.”
Demi and Ashton ended up separating in 2011 and finalized their divorce two years later.
