Demi Moore shares a behind-the-scenes video showing how she went platinum in Peacock’s Brave New World

Just a day after revealing her platinum haircut in the new series Brave New World by the streaming service Peacock, Demi Moore shared a new behind the scenes video.

The 57-year-old plays Linda in the new series, an adaptation of Aldous Huxley’s iconic 1932 novel of the same name, which debuted when the streaming service launched on Wednesday.

Moore took to Instagram on Thursday, with a new time-lapse video showing her moving from brunette to platinum with her hairstylist.

The video begins with the hairstylist pushing Moore’s dark hair to the side as they tie her hair up with some hair clips.

She then saw that she put a brown sleeve over her head before placing the platinum blonde wig on her head to complete the transformation.

Moore joined the cast in June 2019, portraying Linda, the ‘brash, hard-living mother’ of John the Savage (Alden Ehrenreich).

The series is based on Aldous Huxley’s groundbreaking 1932 novel, which depicts a utopian society that has achieved peace and stability through the ban on monogamy, privacy, money, family and history itself.

The show is set in the city of New London, where Bernard Marx (Harry Lloyd) and Lenina Crowne (Jessica Brown Findlay) have known only a rigid social order, a perfect medicine called Soma, and a culture of instant gratification and ubiquitous sex .

Curious about living outside the limitations of their society, the two New Worlders take a vacation to the Savage Lands, where they become embroiled in a harrowing and violent rebellion.
