Demi Moore recently reflected on the intense workout regimen she adopted after giving birth to her second daughter, Scout Willis, in 1991.

The actress, now 61 and living in Malibu with then-husband Bruce Willis, committed to cycling 30 miles round trip to the set of Indecent Proposal every day, trying her best to regain her pre-baby figure.

“I put a lot of pressure on myself,” Moore explained during CBS Sundays“I’ve had experiences where I was told I needed to lose weight. And all of those experiences, while they may have been embarrassing and humiliating, are what I did to myself because of it.”

She recalled: ‘I think she was like five or six months old when we were filming (Indecent Proposal). So I was feeding her (Scout) at night, getting up in the dark with a trainer, with a headlamp, riding my bike to Paramount, wherever, even to the place where we were filming; then we shot a full day, which is usually a 12-hour day; and then we started all over again.

“Just thinking about what I did to my body is crazy, ridiculous.”

In addition to Scout, 33, Moore shares daughters Rumer, 36, and Tallulah, 30, with ex-husband Bruce, 69.

Sunday’s CBS interview comes after Demi shared that her decision to demand a groundbreaking $12.5 million salary for her role in Striptease was influenced by her desire for equal pay, not competition with her then-husband, Bruce Willis.

Moore became the highest-paid actress in Hollywood with the 1996 film, in which she played a stripper.

Speaking to The New York Times’ The Interview podcast, he explained that his request was not intended to match Willis’ star power, but rather to ensure he was fairly compensated for his work.

“It wasn’t about comparing myself to him. Yes, I saw what he was paid. It was really more about, ‘Why shouldn’t I do it? If I do the same amount of work, why shouldn’t I do it?'” he explained.

Moore recently spoke about how she supports her daughters as they deal with their father Bruce’s diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia.

Moore, who was married to the Hollywood icon from 1987 to 2000, shared her approach during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show.

The actress spoke about the advice she offers her children on how to stay connected to their father as he faces the challenges of a condition that affects his cognitive functions.

“What I tell my kids is to meet them where they are. Don’t hold on to who they were or what you want them to be, but hold on to who they are right now,” she said.
