Tziporah Malkah (pictured in the 1990s) used to model under the name Kate Fischer.

Tziporah Malkah was hospitalized two days after posing for photographs during a romantic Christmas game with a sacked Channel Seven producer, an uncovered post shows.

The former model was dragged into Bruce Lehrmann’s defamation case at the Federal Court in Sydney last week when former Channel Seven producer Taylor Auerbach took the witness stand and lobbed verbal grenades at the network and its former boss, Steve Jackson.

Auerbach alleged that Channel Seven’s Spotlight program had covered the costs of Lehrmann’s fancy dinners, cocaine and prostitutes in an attempt to lure him into exclusive television interviews. The network and Mr. Lehrmann denied these allegations.

Auerbach also admitted in court that he recently attempted to distribute a topless image of Malkah without her consent, but said he did not know it was illegal to do so.

The photo allegedly showed Malkah topless without sitting on a couch with Mr. Jackson. The image was allegedly taken in her Kings Cross apartment on Christmas Eve 2019, after Jackson interviewed her for The Australian newspaper.

Jackson is not charged with any crime and maintains that he left the apartment before Malkah and Auerbach became intimate.

Now, an unearthed Facebook shows Malkah went to St Vincent’s Hospital just two days later, on Boxing Day.

At 5.20pm on December 26, Malkah tagged herself at Sydney Eastern Hospital on a Facebook page where she used a pseudonym.

She wrote: “In case of emergency with [a friend].’

‘It was exaggerated this week. Too much stress, not enough proper food and I stumbled upon the bottle.

‘Going to… aunts’ house in the new year to take a break X.’

Following revelations in court about her nude photo last week, Malkah referred the situation to New South Wales Police for investigation.

“In this particular case, an individual whom I once knew vaguely has decided to use images of me in his personal vendetta against a former friend and colleague of his,” he told News Corp on Sunday.

“This is completely unacceptable.”

Other photographs from that same night, which were widely circulated in media circles, show Mr. Auerbach and Malkah snuggled together in bed.

In 2019, Auerbach accused Malkah of sharing an intimate image and a “harmful” video of him without his consent.

He alleged that the material was shared on Facebook and Instagram on Christmas Day, about 24 hours after their intimate evening.

Auerbach reportedly filed a complaint with the eSafety Commissioner on December 27, 2019.

In her complaint, she allegedly said she did not want action taken against her because she feared she was “so fragile/volatile” that she could allegedly repost an intimate image.

In 2020, Malkah confirmed that she had a “brief” physical relationship with Auerbach.

‘Yes, Taylor and I had a brief one-night stand. “We had known each other for a while before that because he had been pursuing me for a story,” she said at the time.

‘We met. “I took some pictures and posted them on the Internet, which he didn’t like,” Malkah told the newspaper.

‘He asked me to take them down, which I did. Obviously she didn’t want anyone to know we were together. And to be honest, I never heard from him again after that. Which is a little disconcerting.

Auerbach admitted in court to “hating” Jackson, and is widely known for informing the media about his former boss, following the former Spotlight producer’s brief appointment to the post of police commissioner’s media chief. New South Wales, Karen Webb.

He published Malkah’s topless photo as part of that campaign and swore four affidavits in Lehramnn’s defamation trial against Network Ten and Lisa Wilkinson.

Under cross-examination by Mr Lehrmann’s lawyer, Matthew Richardson SC, Mr Auerbach denied suggestions that he wanted to present evidence to damage Channel Seven.

Mr Richardson said: “I want to suggest to you, Mr Auerbach, that you be here today to cause as much damage as possible to your former employer and your former colleagues.”

“I totally disagree,” Mr. Auerbach responded.

Richardson then suggested that Auerbach was “willing to lie” about his plight in order to damage Channel Seven.

“No, sir,” replied Mr. Auerbach.

Asked if he particularly hated Mr. Jackson, Mr. Auerbach said, “Yes.”

Judge Michael Lee later noted that Mr. Auerbach could be described as someone who “desperately wanted to cause his former employer whatever harm he could possibly cause to his former employer.”

However, the judge also noted that did not mean Auerbach was not telling the truth.

In court, Auerbach also accused the Spotlight team of bullying and anti-Semitism, and alleged that Lehrmann had leaked confidential material to the program.

Lehrmann has previously denied leaking material to the show.

After weeks of negative publicity, New South Wales Police announced it had reversed its decision to hire Mr Jackson.
