Deborra-Lee Furness put on a brave face on Tuesday when she attended the Australian Open with her daughter Ava.
The revelation comes just hours after the Australian actress’s ex, Hugh Jackman, was seen kissing his new lady love Sutton Foster.
Deb, 69, was all smiles as she arrived at Rod Laver Arena with Ava, 19, clearly excited at the prospect of a big day of tennis.
The mother-daughter duo were joined by Tennis Australia director Jayne Hrdlicka and former Australian Open doubles winner Judy Tegart-Dalton.
Deb put on a colorful show in a $1,100 purple silk shirt from high-end American brand BODE.
The quirky garment featured a print of a cowboy riding a wild horse on the left side.

The image was expanded with the phrases “the round up” and “let ‘er buck”, while the eye-catching shirt also featured an equine theme on the collar and hem.
Deborra-Lee paired her colorful top with a pair of casual white lace-up pants.
She completed her outfit with a pair of equally extravagant raffia platform pumps from Robert Clergerie.
In keeping with the purple theme of her outfit, Deborra-Lee completed her look with a pair of round sunglasses in similar shades.
Meanwhile, her daughter Ava was a vision dressed in black, stepping out in a black and brown lace minidress which she paired with tall black boots.
Ava finished her classic look with a dangling choker around her neck and decided to leave her brunette locks down for the occasion.
The duo seemed happy to be in each other’s company, smiling happily at photographers as they arrived.
It was a slightly different story on the court, with a seemingly dejected Ava being comforted by her mother as they watched the action.

Deborra-Lee’s exit at the Australian Open comes just hours after Hugh was seen kissing Sutton Foster for the first time since their relationship was exposed.
Hugh and Sutton, 49, looked deeply in love and couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they kissed repeatedly while in the car at a San Fernando In-N-Out.
Sutton was seen tenderly cradling Jackman’s face as they kissed while waiting to order fast food in the drive-thru line, days before the fires broke out in Los Angeles.
Their exit comes after the Logan star attended a screening of Foster’s production of Once Upon A Mattress in Los Angeles over the weekend and the pair were seen holding hands on a date in Santa Monica.
The two stars had previously shared the stage on Broadway when they played the lead roles in an acclaimed production of the classic musical The Music Man.
Foster filed for an uncontested divorce from her husband Ted Griffin in October last year.
She had been married to the 53-year-old Ocean screenwriter for 10 years.
