The Internet has erupted into a heated debate over which male stars have undergone plastic surgery.
It all started after Natasha Lustig, an Australian content creator with more than 202,000 followers, posted a video listing famous men she believes have gone under the knife.
She said it seemed like everyone was ‘talking’ about female celebrities who had undergone cosmetic enhancements, but not enough people were mentioning the men.
‘Everyone talks about what Lindsay Lohan has done, what Christina (Aguilera) has done. But nobody talks about men,” he said in the now viral shorten.
‘Men have been doing this for some time now. But the narrative is always that dumb, pathetic girls can’t handle aging.
And men say: “We age very gracefully.” But you? Because it seems like you’re getting too old and you’re just hiding behind the bad (reputation) that women have for working.’
Natasha theorized that stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Tom Cruise, Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley had changed their appearance thanks to cosmetic procedures.
“Cristiano Ronaldo has to be the biggest transformation,” Natasha said in her video.
The Internet has erupted into a heated debate over which male stars have undergone plastic surgery. Cristiano Ronaldo appears on the left in 2003 and on the right earlier this month.
It began after influencer Natasha Lustig theorized that stars like Cristiano and Tom Cruise (seen from the left in 1997 and from the right in 2023) had changed their appearance through cosmetic procedures.
Elie Levine, a New York-based plastic surgeon, told DailyMail.com that Cristiano, 39,’s face “has definitely changed over the years.”
“It looks like you’ve contoured your nose and possibly added volume to your face,” he said.
Natasha guessed Mission Impossible star Tom, 62, had received at least “five procedures” as she compared photos of him when he was younger and recently.
Dr Levine agreed, telling DailyMail.com: ‘His cheeks and malar area have improved dramatically and look quite good for someone his age.
‘Plus, it has definitely helped strengthen his jaw and chin. All of these changes could be made through fillers, fat grafts or implants.
“It also appears that his nose has improved over the years, which probably indicates rhinoplasty surgery.
“Her skin has remained youthful, which may indicate laser rejuvenation and rejuvenation.”
Natasha added of Vampire Diaries stars Ian, 45, and Paul, 42: “Ian is very subtle because people don’t realize how much he’s done to his jaw. And of course, to his friend Paul, whose nose and jaw have been touched.
Of Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder, she added: “Ian is very subtle because people don’t realize how much he’s done to his jaw.” Ian is seen on the left in 2000 and on the right in October.
Natasha also theorized that Paul Wesley had done some work. She said: “Of course, your friend Paul, he’s had his nose and jaw touched.” He was seen on the left in 2010 and on the right earlier this month.
Dr. Levine theorized that Ian may have received a nose job and had work done on his “cheeks and jaw,” while he said Paul’s “nasal contour” and “chin area” had “changed dramatically.”
“Lower facial improvement can be achieved in many ways, including fillers, fat transfer and even some implants,” he added.
The content creator also mentioned George Clooney, who has been open about going under the knife in the past.
The actor, 63, previously admitted having excess skin removed from his upper and lower eyelids.
Natasha theorized that men make their plastic surgery look more “realistic” than women by deliberately leaving “a little bit of sag.”
Additionally, the influencer listed male stars who, in her opinion, could have received ‘sneaky little hair transplants.’
“(The hairline) doesn’t just move,” he said. ‘Men are here acting like their new hairline is a gift from God. Like the fairies came down and said “sprinkle, sprinkle.”
She listed Machine Gun Kelly, Matthew McConaughey and Elon Musk, among others, as possible hair transplant recipients.
Additionally, the influencer listed male stars she believed could have received ‘sneaky little hair transplants’, such as Elon Musk, who is seen on the left in 2004 and on the right earlier this month.
Immediately, people took to the comments section to share the other male celebrities they thought had plastic surgery.
Others praised Natasha for speaking out on the issue.
‘As someone who had filler in their face after losing weight, there’s nothing wrong with having a job. But let’s give men the attention they crave,” Natasha concluded.

“Forgot Zac Efron,” one person wrote, while another asked, “Can we add Will Poulter to this list?”
“I’m tired of reading that he had a glo’ up and just lost baby fat on his face.”
“Oh and don’t overlook Jamie Foxx, he’s had between 50 and 11 different hairlines throughout his career,” someone else added.
‘Brad Pitt and Bradley Cooper have also undergone facelifts in recent years. Google it and it’s obvious,” read a fourth comment.
Others praised Natasha for speaking out on the issue.
“Tell me girl, yeah,” one user wrote.
Another said: “Thank you for talking about this.”
“This is so important to talk about as it is heavily tied to shame, blame, and the ‘dumb girls’ narrative that strips away female empowerment and allows men to put women down,” someone else commented.
