A car crashed into a pub’s busy beer garden, killing several people on Sunday afternoon.
The vehicle caused carnage when it crashed into patrons sitting outside the popular Royal Hotel in Daylesford, northwest of Melbourne, at 6pm on Sunday.
Initial police reports indicate that “several” people may have been killed in the horrific accident, which took place on the city’s main street.
Four rescue helicopters were dispatched to recover the seriously injured victims.
