Sunrise presenter David Koch struggled to hold back tears when he announced he was leaving the show after 21 years.
“I loved every minute of it and I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved here over the last 21 years.
“I started here before Facebook, before Instagram, before Twitter and iPhones.
“I’ve been privileged to go on so many great adventures, meet so many different people and meet so many different people and cover so many moments of history in the making.”
