David Beckham, 43, has spoken frankly about his 19-year marriage to his wife Victoria, 44, during an interview with The Sunday Project.
Earlier this week, a teaser clip of the retired footballer describing his marriage as "hard work" apparently bothered Victoria.
The full interview was aired on Sunday and David said he and the former Spice Girl are committed to their marriage and teach their four children about the importance of hard work in all areas of life.

The four-year-old father continued to refer to the family's recent photo shoot in British Vogue and praised Victoria's success as a mother and fashion designer.
"You know, we've been married for a long time and recently we did a Vogue cover, which was all about Victoria's 10-year-old fashion," he said.
"The amount he has achieved in such a short time … four beautiful children, you know, we have a beautiful dog." But obviously in his business world, being on the cover of Vogue, er, was huge.

Reportedly, David's interview with The Sunday Project did not sit well with Victoria.
An informant told The Sun this week that Victoria was "embarrassed" and "absolutely devastated" that the father of her children was so "insensitive."
One friend claimed that the mother of four was "in pieces" during the interview, two days after which she registered at a German retreat specializing in emotional balance, something that a Beckham representative has denied.
Priorities: David said his four children are his top priority.

The source said: "When Victoria was informed on Wednesday about David's interview, she felt absolutely devastated.
"She has no idea why he would say such insensitive things and would publicly embarrass her in this way." As you can imagine, it was as if a nuclear bomb had exploded in Beckham's house when he found out.

In June, unsubstantiated rumors circulated on social media that David and Victoria were heading for divorce.
But the power couple soon dismissed the reports, with a spokesman calling the speculation "a pot of shit".
After getting married in Ireland in 1999, David and Victoria have spent years defending the state of their relationship and denying claims that they are on the brink of divorce.
The powerful couple traveled to Sydney just a few hours before the interview was broadcast across Australia before the Invictus Games.
Victoria looked remarkably dejected when they were photographed at the airport.
