Chatting with the 74-year-old Vogue fashion icon as the pair prepared for the open-air show in the Italian city.
Anna looked effortlessly chic as she opted for a floor-length wine red leather jacket.
Underneath the leather ensemble she wore a dress with a blue and white brushstroke print and her signature Chanel sunglasses.

Meanwhile, Anna also sat front row alongside David at his wife Victoria’s fashion show last September when she presented her latest collection.
Brooklyn, his wife Nicola Peltz, Cruz and Harper joined their father in the front row for the former Spice Girl’s Paris show, alongside the Vogue editor-in-chief herself.
Speaking about her and David’s shared love of fashion, Victoria recently revealed how the sportsman bought a new Prada suit just to “impress” her on their first date after she said she liked the brand.
The 50-year-old fashion designer opened up about the beginning of her relationship in an episode of the new documentary In Vogue: The 90s, which began streaming Friday on Disney+.
Speaking glowingly about her love of designer clothes, she recalled: “Versace, Prada and Gucci, they were my go-to designers. What were they doing well at the time? I guess they really understood the power of celebrity.
“The Italians embraced it with enthusiasm. When I met David in 1997, he had heard that I was the Spice Girl who liked designer clothes.”
The former Spice Girl told the camera: ‘So after I went to a couple of football games and I said, you know, that I was stalking him, he would probably say I was stalking him, we agreed to go on a date together.

Elsewhere in the highly-anticipated new documentary, Victoria revealed how she copied Linda Evangelista after becoming “completely obsessed” with the supermodel.
She explained that she became so interested in the ’90s icon that she went to the same salon Linda used and even emulated her haircut.
She said: ‘(Linda) was the reason I cut my hair, the reason I dyed my hair so many different colours. I was in New York and I went to see Garren, who was Linda’s hairdresser.
“When I cut all my hair off, I was channeling my inner Linda.”
