Inter believes Giroud could form a formidable partnership with former Chelsea teammate Gonzalo Higuain – according to The mirror.
Higuain signed for Inter in a lucrative deal on September 18, making him the highest paid player in the league.
Higuain has previously claimed that his move to Inter Miami has helped him ‘regain his love for the game’ after an illustrative career with Real Madrid, Lazio, Chelsea and Juventus.
Should Giroud choose to move to America, he hopes for the same result.

Lampard has preferred to use £ 53m in summer contracts with Timo Werner and Tammy Abraham
Giroud has fallen into the pecking order at Chelsea, with Lampard preferring to use £ 53 million to sign Timo Werner and Tammy Abraham over him.
Giroud then appeared in all competitions only six times this season.
Giroud’s agent Michael Manuello has branded Chelsea’s treatment of the attacker as ‘unfair’, saying that he will consider his options in the January transfer window if his situation remains the same.
He said: ‘In fact things have changed since the beginning of September, but what hasn’t changed is his ability to play matches for France, contrary to what some others have said.
€ 150 million (£ 132 million) of players have been bought.
But at the same time, you’d be blind not to see that Frank Lampard has decided to put Tammy Abraham in front of him.

While Didier Deschamps hinted Giroud would have to leave Chelsea to get into his Euro 2020 roster
‘To be honest, it is not fair when you consider what Olivier did at the end of the season. But he (Lampard) has the right; it is his choice.
So if it continues like this, we will be in December where we were in December 2019.
‘Things have happened in the past five months. We cannot just look at the past two months and be forgetful about the three years that preceded it.
“But we have to be honest, and if this continues, we will have to experience different emotions for him in the first place.”
