The 49-year-old former footballer shocked fans when he posted a photo to reveal his gruelling workout routine, as well as the reason for his choice of sportswear (or lack thereof).
David showed off his ripped physique as he was in the middle of a set of weights when he was caught on camera, wearing an orange t-shirt tucked into his shorts.
He captioned the post: ‘My wife said my orange vest was too bright so I took it off judging my workout clothes. @victoriabeckham you know you love it, I’m really sorry. @mrbobbyrich I’m not in the best shape, this was set 6.’
Fans couldn’t help but praise David’s toned body and many thanked Victoria, a renowned fashion designer, for her fashion tips.
