Barstool boss Dave Portnoy weighed in on the biggest news of the day: President Joe Biden has ended his reelection bid.
Portnoy posted a nearly 3-minute shirtless video on social media to address the situation, where he called the sitting president a “lettuce head” and a “vegetable.”
Biden dropped out of the race on Sunday, though he has vowed to complete the remainder of his term as president, which runs until January.
Portnoy called Biden’s decision “the biggest deal in American history,” suggesting that the president, his son Hunter Biden and the rest of his family were paid huge sums to get him out of the White House.
Portnoy has long been a critic of Biden, but says it’s not because he’s enamored of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

His political stance is that Democrats are “jokes, scoundrels and perverts.”
“You have to vote for the other one because of what the Democrats are doing,” Portnoy said.
Portnoy also believes that Democrats have sought to “hijack” democracy by having Biden drop out of the presidential race at this late stage.
Regarding Portnoy’s comments calling Biden a “lettuce head,” Portnoy says Biden “has been that way for years.”
Biden endorsed his vice president, Kamala Harris, to take his place on the ticket, a choice Portnoy did not appear to like.
He called California Gov. Gavin Newsom a “moron” and scoffed at the idea of them running on the same ticket.
